So ive been on CKD diet fo about 11 days and have lost about 10 pounds which i think is mostly water i love this diet because i can controle my cabrs very well during the week but let my self eat what i wasnt during the the refeed. I do more cardio workouts then really heavy lifiting. My goal is to loose the fat on my my abs and i was wondering if because im doing more cardio should i switch to a TKD diet and tips and advise on both would help alot. Thanks

Neither, they are both extreme diets. Especially for a 16 year old who is still developing. Eat at an appropriate caloric deficit with a decent amount of protein, fats and carbs. You need them for your health and for long term weight loss success. Most people boomerang back up in weight after these diets because they are nothing like real life.

any diet will work if you can stick with it. I thin TKD or CKD is pretty much preference. both should work the same. However, if you want to have a boost to your lifting session, you may want to use TKD. If you prefer to go either/or ie go straight the whole week, CKD is easier for you. I personally prefer CKD because for the whole week, I can just stick with one diet, and not be tempted by eating more and more carbs and I can feel comfortable on Sunday eating whatever I want :D
For a 16 year old girl, you dont need to go this extreme, for a short time, it's OK though. But in general, a properly healthy diet should get you to where you want to be soon :D
