Hey hows it going :) hope all is well and your having a great day. I Have been in Cage fighting and wrestling at 156lbs and baseball with a couple years of football. I have been cutting weight for some time so i know how too. BUT BUT BUT my girlfriend is about 5'7'' and she about 140-145 maybe a little more( no more than 150-155) and she wants to lose a couple pounds for summer about 15-20 back to her high school weight which was 125-130ish. She works alot so she is always moving and using her muscles. I wanted to help her out so she could feel better about her self and feel more comfortable in a bathing suit and her clothes. She looks amazing dont get me wrong and I always tell her that she beautiful everyday. The weight falls on her good so not fat or anything but she feels fat. She has( I don't know how to put this with out offending women DD's) so i know that thats part of why she is heavy but her tummy in not bigg her legs are normal in my eyes but women are different. So I don't argue with her. THE BIGG THING is she takes LEXAPRO which is a anti-depressant and She is on YAZ which is Birth Control. So i was wondering which Fat Burner supplements Dont affect ether one??? I know some only affect the Depression and I brought Nutrex Lipo 6 For HER and she lost about 10 pounds the first week which surprised me and I was like wow Your look so gorgeous. She told me that it was hard for her to sleep and she had to take something to go to sleep. She never finished the bottle but i was just seeing if there was anything else out there she could take??

if you could please help that would be great :)

Why not encourage her to eat healthy and workout?
It can be a great way for her to destress after a hard day, and it is hard to feel bad about yourself when you know what you have done to achieve results. If she puts in the hours, I don't see why she couldn't look how she wants to in 4 months (summer).

Also, maybe try to get her to join up and start asking questions :).

If she can't lose fat dieting properly then she needs to check with her docs. Many meds can make weight loss difficult. But there are alternative meds. Fat burners are not the way to go.

did the weight gain come from taking the lexapro by any chance?
