I am following Layne's method for preparing for contest, although i am only doing this to get lean i have a couple of questions about the diet portion.
95% of carbs are to be consumed in and around your workout, sometimes i get crazy carb cravings at dinner time because i workout in the mornings. would there be great impact in me consuming some of those carbs at around 9PM, say 10% of my carbs?
Also, on my off days, should i still consume my full diet or leave out some carbs? since 95% are to be consumed around your workout, do i just spread it around on my off days?
