i'm having a problem with losing the hardest of all fat, that little bit of leftover gut fat and love handle goop... not to mention my chest could use some trimming up. i'm cranking on my cardio and it is turning out to just b over working. also, i'd rather it not effect my lifting and don't want to cut out any of my routine to do more cardio, my schedules kinda fixed. i was wondering what recommendations i could get for a supplement to help me cut that garbage off without destroying my appetite. i tried oxyelitepro cuz someone i work with didn't want them and hated it, i didn't feel like eating on it (duh) so i had no energy. i've looked into other supps but most have reviews stating how they do destroy ur appetite. help me out.

Here is the thing. There is an extremely fine and gray line that is next to impossible to walk when wanting to lose fat, maintain/grow muscle, only do a little cardio but enough to lose fat, and taking a supplement to help with this.

Your best bet IMHO would be to eat alot of very very cery clean food and 30-45 min of cardio 5/days a week on top of your workout.

i could maybe use tips on my diet then. an example of my meals throughout a day would start with protein shake or 3 eggs w/ fruit @ 9am, grilled chicken sandwich or pasta with vegs @ 12pm, shake or power bar @ 3pm, after this i run my routine (lifting/cardio), shake @ 6pm, then usually some kind of fish (tilapia, cod, etc) or chicken with baked potato or something of the nature @ 9pm, and if i'm up and hungry i'll eat peanut butter with a banana or a pb&j around midnight. some nuts (usually pistachios) or dried fruit can be sprinkled through that as well as snacks. i know it could be leaner, but at the same time i'm trying to maintain calories and good fats for mass gain.
