At the moment im finding it really hard to eat like a pro especially when trying to cut alot of carbs my diet looks like that roughly.
MEAL1-6 Egg whites 1cup oats 2 pieces of toast
MEAL2-250g Chicken 1cup rice an orange
MEAL3-Shake
MEAL4-TUNA banana
POSTWORKOUT SHAKE
MEAL5-250g Steak or fish and 1cup vegetables
MEAL6- Peanut butter tblspoon glass of Milk
Thats roughly what i eat every day have just started eating bread a bit too as im not gaining much weight from this. Should i just eat the same and increase the amount of protein serving cos i eat alot but this alone is costing me around $120 a week which i thought was abit pricey. Any suggestions would be great. I just find bb diets are costly what does everyone think?And its also hard when im dropping carbs too im not sure what to replace with i need abit more variety i think.
