Hey so I want to gain as much muscle as possible without gaining any fat really. My goal is to add 10 pounds of pure muscle. Yes I know that takes a while but how long is realistic for that? And my main question is what kind of diet should I be on? Any rules I should follow for instance don't eat late at night? I'm currently not on a diet plan. Any ideas help. Thanks in advance.
