Right as summer is not that far away I thought now would be the best time to realistically knuckle down and write out a decent cutting plan to stick to for the next 3-4 months to cut down to about 9-10% bf.
7:30 - Wake up, 2 scoops of Whey Protein.
8:00 - 1 or 2 Weeabix with Milk
10:00 - Bannana and 2 Scoops of Protein Shake
12:00- 2 Cans of Tuna, Vegetables and Water.
3:00 Pm- 2 Scoops of Protein Shake and Bannana
5:00 Pm - Meat and Brown Rice, Vegetables and Water.
5:30 Pm - Gym
8:00 Pm - Post Workout Shake 2 Scoops of protein powder
8:45 Pm - 1 Pint of Semi Skimmed Milk
9:30 Pm - Sleep
