View Full Version : Cutting phase, what to do

Hey everyone,
Im new to bodybuilding.com and wanted some opinions. I am going to start a cutting phase because I am looking to drop about 40lbs. I dropped 30lbs since Last August. Right now I use whey protein post workout,BCAA during, ZMA at night, Mega Men multi along with Vitamin C and B. I am going to start waking up at 5am for my first meal eating small portions every 3 hours. I work out:
MWF- Chest, back, biceps, calves 5 sets 12-15
TTHS- Quad, shoulders, Tricep
HIIT everyday 20 mins(sometimes AM and PM)

I didn't know what you guys thought about this and what suggestions you had. Also what supplements to take or stack during my cutting phase? Should I do cardio more often?
