What's up guys, another log over here and doing Motivate + Glycobol and Perform log :D

here's a little info about the products.

also, cardio today was great. played some pick up basketball and went really well. i like to do sports for cardio, because everyone knows: "cardio sucks"

great clean energy for the pickup game from motivate. about to take my first dose of glycobol with dinner. also had perform preworkout, and damn libido is already raging:D

today so far i've had 2 glycobol with some pasta and chicken. and the other glycobol was taken with a footlong gyro sandwich from the deli here where my college is. no stomach issues to note either!

looking very vascular already and with the higher bf% i have i can see some veins near my quads. i'll be going to the gym later today for some extra arm work. sleep last night was good as always!

things to note:

Sleep: 10/10
can't complain about the sleep i'm getting from hghpro, i've been running it for a while now and the effects have not subsided.

Energy: 9/10
The energy i'm getting from motivate is clean and not jittery. i love the fact that each motivate pill is 40 mg of caff and i can really assess what kind of energy i want to have during my workout.

Pumps: 10/10 glycobol is acting quick! loving the pumps i'm recieving already, and vascularity is on point and piping.

libido: through the damn roof.

Hghpro is solid man, when I did the log for it awhile back I had AMAZING results from it man and thats the only hghbooster I recommend to people now. I had samples of motivate and perform as well and even they were solid. Can't say anything for glycobol tho since I havent tried it but i heard that also is a great supplement. good log man!

UPDATE: i'll be squeezing in testopro starting tomorrow! maybe even dose a whole 6 a day!


some effects i'm noticing so far:

-libido is high and mighty, higher than i can remember.
- pumps throughout the day are amazing. carbing up while recomping is great when you've got glycobol
- no noticeable fat gain with my diet. could be the hghpro/glycobol working
- sleep is still amazing
- looking more dry and vascular



dosing will be as follows
1 motivate after lunch
2 glycobol with some oatmeal cookies, pasta with turkey sauce
2 perform am/pm
4 hghpro before sleep.
2 glycobol for dinner



this is one of the few days i'm trying 2/2 with glycobol and could honestly say i like the 1/1/1/1 a little more:D

Looking good. I would take a bit of downtime on the shoulder, and maybe try going heavy again after a couple weeks of lighter.

I feel you on not wanting to get up I feel the same way on Hghpro, I have to force myself up if I want to get stuff done otherwise its a missed opportunity and an excuse..that said, sleep is vital for bodybuilders

i love it man. it really puts me to sleep and clears my skin up! i've seen great improvements in my skin and my dreams are really really fun/crazy. it's helping me cut up as well!

TUT for usual chest exercises is around the 30 sec range. i emphasize the negatives on all exercises then slowly back up

I went out a bit yesterday with a low fat pizza, low fat cheetos and some wine..its my deload week coming up though

we had a party at our place last night which was pretty fun, and just went out all weekend. saturday i went to a chinese buffet and through the night i had some carne asada fries...that kind of diet haha


but i came back to the gym today with cardio on my mind. played some basketball for 2 hours straight. took some cordycep supplements to help me tag a long with the cardio and all was good.

notes:

-libido is HIGH
-8 caps of testopro is pretty good. No GI problems
-1/1/1/1 glycobol dosing is being administered and 2 caps before a larger meal.
-perform is dosed 4 caps preworkout/ good time
-hghpro is still giving me great sleep

but didn't feel good coming to the gym today. guess my lunch was a little too spicy to say the least. did about 1.5 hours of bball at the rec which was good. still feeling a bit iffy though. i'll be back tomorrow with some back!

sorry about the lag of updates. a whole week! i had spring break in NYC for a week and it was great. honestly never ate so much in my whole entire life. getting back into the gym after a week hiatus. should be interesting..

Haha. I'm kind of in the same situation. I was sent away for a week for work and I couldn't find a gym (the one in the hotel had crappy hours). I ate a lot of food too b/c my per diem was $10/$15/$30 + tip breakfast/lunch/dinner :eek:

I tried to eat as clean as I could though, lol...

Get back to killing some weights bro!!!

Did you mean AAS?

In theory, while on, you could use TestoPRO for its affinity to bind to SHBG (probably not very common though) and Perform should help with sexual performance.

These products will likely work best while off or at various times during PCT.
