LOL no. Whoever told you that and/or believes that is a moron. That will cause you to sweat more, but it has nothing to do with making your abs tighter or anything like that.

absolutely! i don't even bother to diet anymore. cardio? f*ck that sh*t! saran wrap is really the only tool i need to get peeled for a show.

I'd imagine it will help train you to keep your waist sucked in, not necessary unless you wield a roid gut.

OP.....sorry we are getting a laugh out of this one. But to be more direct and respectful of your question.......no. I doesnt do anything. You cannot target specific areas for fat loss or water loss, etc.

I went to a show that Jay Cutler was giving a seminar at in between pre-judging and finals. He admitted to saran wrapping his quads and places he needed to lose water while doing cardio or sitting in the sauna. I, myself, have not tried it, nor will I.

Sure, this, toning shoes, shake weights, and you are good to go.
....of course only purchase the shake weight that takes a pulse and emits a fine mist when your workout is done ;)
