Ok, so I'm a 16 year old girl, I weigh about 138-140lbs (my weight fluctuates easily) and I'm 5'11 1/2.
For my age and height this is an appropriate body weight, and I already look very naturally slim (I'm guessing my body fat is somewhere between 16%-19%) but I really want to slim down to around 125-130lbs so I can get back into modelling.
My main concern though, is my stomach. My legs are perfect, my thighs don't touch and my hips are nice and toned. My other problem area is my arms, however I do weight training and cardio which has helped tone my arms immensely so I don't really need any extra advice there. But my stomach is just a pain. When I am standing/lying down my hip bones are visible, but so is the little pouch of fat. When I am standing my stomach is flat, from a side view there is a little bit of fat, but whenever I sit down, it's like magically three rolls of fat appear. My stomach also feels hard since I do ab exercises twice a week, and I work out four times a week.
Since I'm a girl I don't want 'hardcore abs', I just want a flat stomach and to look great and toned. I've been trying to achieve this goal for 2 months now, and although my stomach has decreased SOMEWHAT it still needs a lot of work.
I don't know what to do, I have eliminated any fattening foods, processed foods, and fast food out of my diet entirely but I still can't manage to lose that little fat.
My diet ranges from 1200-1500 calories, somedays I can actually go without eating, not by choice (I don't have an eating disorder-no worries) but I just become very busy and have rarely time to eat apart from maybe an apple or a bite of salad.
I would love the way I look right now if it weren't for my stomach.
Does anyone have any tips (apart from crunches, I do 100 of those a day and they do nothing) for something specific that I can do to tone that area? Thank you so much in advance.

You say you don't have an eating disorder???? sorry to be blunt but you are well on you're way to one, if you're not there now....Dnile ain't just a river in Egypt!

You are almost underweight now so you certainly DO NOT need to lose anymore, if anything you need to eat more, and this sometimes I don't eat but not by choice crap needs addressing right away. I work anywhere from a 60 - 68 hr week and I always find time to eat. BTW hip bones SHOULD NOT stick out or be visible.

Sweetie you are 16 years old and have you're whole life ahead of you,I'm guessing what you're seeing in the mirror isn't what everyone else sees, please do not go down this road.

there is no way to lose that 3 rolls of fat. Everyone has that. dont be hard on yourself and im sure it looks fine. Abs or anything close to abs looks disgusting on a girl imo. Girls always need that extra layer of fat to be perfect.
