I'm on fish oil, iron, and vitamin D, all by doctors orders. But I think I need a general one that misses the little spots.

What's everyone else's list looking like?

Multi Vite (Opti woman)
Omega 3's
CLA
Food Enzyme
Green Food
Joint formula (Super Cissus...I'm old, too ; )

Hate taking all the pills...but they all do their part, I guess. And again, I'm quite a bit older and need all the help I can get!

I take GNC's Women's Ultra Mega Active Vitapak. Has everything you could think of! It is like 7 pills though :) I also take an extra hair, skin and nails vitamin just in case.

I left the GNC multi vit pack on top of the fridge and switched to Centrum chewables! I can't stand taking all those pills.
Also adding fish oil.

The vitapaks do have a ton of pills in them. I just stick with the multi so it's only two a day. I can deal with that.

I take a multi vitamin - But only every other day - My diet is usually on point
6 grams of Fish Oil
Vitamin D - On alternating days with Vitamin A - Just because the bottles I bought are mega-doses
Probiotics - Once in the am, and If I dont have any greek yogurt that day I'll take another at night
Magnesium - Take 75% RDA before bed, sometimes with 2 grams of Melatonin if I have been having trouble with sleep

hi vompy;

I take a strong ''superfood'' based vitamin. I wouldn't classify it as a vitamin, as it's food based. It's called superfood...15 tablets per day...or you can buy the powder and make a ''green drink.'' But, to me, no matter what I've mixed it with, the taste is unbearable. I mean...bleck! lol website is www.herbdoc.com Think that's it. It's made with chlorella, spirulina and blue green algae. All essential for fighting cancers, etc. I love it, and ran out, and can't wait until my shipment gets here this week!

I also take calcium/magnesium (helps with muscle aches, and pms)...one zinc tab, and also 6000 roughly, mg of Vit C per day.

It took some trial and error for me to find the right combo. But, the superfood is really a great base to have, in my opinion. Better than any GNC or OTC product I have ever used...just has plant food as its base, and I think it makes a difference in the quality of the product. Good luck to you! :)

I take NSI Synergy Women's Multi-Vitamin Version 5. You have to take 8 a day, but I feel great on them. I take a few each time I eat. I have so much energy when taking them.
