Hey guys,

Anyone hitting up the Arnold this year? I went last year and it was the most incredible weekend of my life! Dates are March 3-6 in Columbus, Ohio. I'm from a town 20mins north of Columbus so I go home and see my family for a week and go down to check it out! Awsome for trainers, athletes and fitness enthusiasts.

They have a strength training seminar that I am probably going to hit up this year, along with the normal Expo and all the events. Also considering going to an Oly lifting seminar, any one else going?!

If I don't work, I'm going. Last year's expo wasn't that great because of the huge influx of people, you really couldn't get around much. This year they took a few of the events away and raised ticket prices at the door by $5, so hopefully that will get rid of the random folks that look like they've never even seen a weight room. I mean when people are standing in line to take a picture with Jay or Ronnie and they don't even know who they are, it gets on your nerve haha.

Haha agreed! I managed to somehow sneak my way to the front of the Ronnie line, rather then wait the 3 hours it was for a picture. It was insane how many people were there, really really hoping it is not as bad this year. I never even went to the bb.com booth because the line was so long no matter when I went

I hung out at the Gaspari booth and talked with Rich and Flex for quite some time, there was NOBODY around them, just in the lines for the free samples, so that was cool. I also got to talk to Victor Martinez for a good bit. Ronnie was looking massive, but that BSN line was a no go for me. I was surprised at one point I turned around and Jay was standing beside me before he got to the Muscletech booth, dude was a damn fridge.
