Hello i'm new to all of this but i recently (yesterday) started taking Oxy Elite Pro and i was wondering if any one has any tips as far as weight loss workout programs i can do. I am 21 yrs old, 5'4 and weight at about 175. I am looking to lose at least 30 pounds and also toning up my lower body. I have been mostly running since the beginning of the year but haven't had any results. Im also trying to watch what i eat so if anyone has tips on that also that would help out.

That's gonna be key right there. You have to consume less than you burn. The best way to be sure you are indeed doing this is to find the correct clorie deficit for your stats and goals, then track everything you eat, making sure you measure and weigh your food.

First off, if you're unsure of your diet, I would stop taking the Oxi Elite. Thermogenics are really only effective if you have your diet in check. Since you are asking for suggestions, I'm guessing yours isn't.

Second, since you are asking about diet, there is a sticky in the nutrition forum that explains how to calculate your caloric needs and macros. I'd recommend you read that and figure out what your needs are. I'd also recommend that you start tracking your current diet at Livestrong or FitDay or whereever to see what you are currently eating.

Finally, I'd recommend a full body workout since you are just starting out. Starting Strength is a great program to follow, and though I haven't used it a lot of people are having good luck with New Rules of Lifting for Women.

But really, diet is the key to fat loss. If you're not burning more calories than you are taking in, it really doesn't matter what you do - you won't lose the fat.

The best way to lose weight is to lift heavy weights. It may not seem like the right way to go but trust me it is. every pound of muscle you gain will burn more calories which will make it easier to lose fat. Get on a bodybuilding split. I suggest a four day one and do 20-30 min of cardio once or twice on off days. Watch what you eat to. If you do all that you will lose your fat and be in great shape.

Good Luck

You may find that medicines can assist to enhance weight reduction, but there aren't any drugs to cure obesity. Losing weight medicines ought to be used along with diet program, physical exercise, along with other lifestyle modifications. A great number of drugs are accessible by prescription only and several have serious side effects.
