Going for a somewhat lean bulk
6'0 180lbs

breakfast: 4 eggs, 2 slices of turkey bacon, natural peanut butter on wheat toast, glass of OJ (this may be overkill, but i really love breakfast haha) (2 orange oximega pills after)

Snack: Banana and Almonds

Pre: WhiteFlood and GreenMag

Post: 2 scoops of Golden Gains and half a serving of ON Whey, both with water

Lunch (typically 45-hour after post): Turkey or Tuna sandwich on wheat with avocado, tomatos, lettuce, and cucumber

Snack: cup of blueberries and almonds

Dinner: 8 oz of chicken with spinach or baby romaine salad, a little fat free italian dressing

Hour before bed: 1 scoop of dymatize casein with skim milk

feel free to rip it apart guys, i'm pretty new to this

You posted in the wrong section

must say it's good to see fat in your diet but

also you will need to post macros, not just food choices

part of the problem is i'm on a mealplan in college, so it's difficult to measure lunch and dinner
