i have been working out and eating healthy for a solid two years after i had my last baby went from 160 to 114. all natural and healthy no fad diet, just hard work. i eat all organic foods and worked out 5 days a week, i have altered my workout through the years and my diet ....first i was monitoring my carbs to loose all my excess fat, and now on my workout days which are mwf,(weight training) i go heavier on carbs in the am before my workout. and my off days i double the protein and lower my carbs. i also do light cardio in the am mon through friday low intensity for roughly 20-30 min.....now for my question my whole body is exactly where id like it to be, but i have a layer of fat below my belly button that seems nearly impossible to get rid of.sometimes i think maybe it is loose skin, because i had four kids with in five years...but im not really sure.... i eat roughly 6 meals a day breakfast snack lunch snack dinner..they are typically 300-400 each meal im a small girl but i love to eat. i enjoy eating every 2 to 3 hours....the only thing i can think of else to do is really cut my carbs again and i realllllly dont want to so im looking for advice how to help me get rid of the stobborn fat?

I know this may seem a little odd to you, but as someone who's been following the Primal Blueprint for the last few months, I've found that if you're eating enough healthy fats and the right amount of non-grain carbohydrates Intermittent Fasting is a great way to metabolize the stubborn body fat around your hips and thighs. Just take a look at this article: if you're willing to try it, it may be the ticket you're looking for.
Go to Leangains.com, find "Most Popular", and under that should be an article about Intermittent Fasting.

ok i guess i did say no carbs..what i meant was only carbs through my veggies after workout and shake. and i stick to 40 %protien 40% carbs and 20% good fat. sometimes in the evening i dont hit the 40 on carbs but i also didnt mention i love carbs...so no grain like toast or ever aww that would be traggic...but im not gonna lie thankyou for your time i will be checing this out

it's probably just your spot where that particular fat will be the very last to go. for many women it is hips/booty/upper thighs, lower tummy area... keep at it and it will go. OR don't, and just hang tight with it there, seems like you've lost a ton! the more you lose the harder it gets to keep losing...
