Hey just wanted to get it from a girl, my gf is 5' 3" 118llbs she just started the gym she's doing yoga 1-2 times a week and wants to lose fat and tone up. I was wondering if some can tell me there diet, routine, and supps... She's looking to tone up her legs butt and arms and just get a flat stomach... Thanks! She's gonna be signing up tonight.

Get her diet in line, flat stomach is a result of diet. Have her lift like you would lift.

This is a rather vague question as far as her goals? Is she looking to lose weight or gain muscle? Yoga isn't going to be the only thing to tone her body because we on here usually recommend weight lifting for muscle tone and gain... or for weight loss a combo of lifts and cardio. Unfortunately we can't choose where to cut fat. We lose it where we lose it and work hard over and over on our problem areas. Diet pertains to what she's eating and if she even wants to follow things down to macros (which my guess is that she just wants to eat healthy? since she doesn't lift?) Of course for toning legs, butt, and arms, there's a variation of compound exercises. Just depends.
