Some background information:I'm playing soccer in HK for my school.I play right winger and right midfielder.I'm 5'7 and at the age of 13.I'm fairly bad at dribbling and passing.I also have a bad endurance and so-so body.

Aims:In fact,my abs have already been shaped.I wanna strengthen my abs and build my chests.However,people under 15 in HK can hardly go to the gym.I may just do simple practical exercises at home.I also wanna run 10km in 45 minutes.

Here we go!

Yesterday i went to the gym in my school with my teammates.
I mainly trained my chests.I did butterflies and bench presses.
I also did leg presses in order to train my quadriceps.However,i might do it in the wrong way so my glutes are painful now,but not my quads.
