Hello everyone,

So I've been wanting to get myself on a healthy track for quite sometime now and google amongst other resources have become extremely overwhelming so I've decided to come here for support.

I'm not totally out of shape, but I'm as skinny as skinny gets. 5'6" 115lbs to be exact, although my weight fluctuates between 113lbs and 118lbs. My current goal is to build muscle, while increasing strength and endurance and my ideal weight would be around 135. Not a lot, but I still find it challenging.

I work 9-11 hour days on average, finding time to work out is a struggle in itself and sticking to meal plans is even more of a struggle. Here's what my average day looks like.

Wake @ 9am: Breakfast of eggs with whole grain toast
Workout 20-30 minutes before I find myself rushing out of the door for work

12pm: Greek yogurt with granola and piece of fruit

2pm Lunch: 2 PB&Js

4pm Afternoon Snack: Cliff bar

I must mention that there's a long stretch between these two meals simply because this is known as "crunch time" at my place of employment which ranges from 5pm-7pm

7pm Dinner: Grilled chicken salad with dressing (Olive oil, oregano, Mrs. Dash, lemon juice) or a variant of pasta or brown rice with a vegetable.

10pm late snack (final meal of the day)

I've found that this meal plan is the easiest for me to stick to but I feel as if I'm not getting the amount of calories, protein, and carbs that I need.

Suggestions, comments, and any questions that I may answer to be better assisted would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
