Any input pls would be great

7 weeks out /

1. 7:30 / 1 c egg whites/2 pc ezekiel 4:9 bread

2. 10:30 / 3/4 cup oatmeal dry/ 1 scoop power whey isolate

3. 1:30 Post workout/ 1 scoop power whey isolate, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup raspberries

4. 4:30 5oz fish / or 4 oz Salmon, 2 cups green veggies, 1 cup spagehtti squash

5. 4oz chicken breast/ 2 cups green veggies

6. before bed/ power whey scoop with almond milk 1cup or 1/2 cottage cheese.

50%/pro/35%carbs/14%fat

protein 160g
Carb 117g
Fat 20g

Approx 1450 cal

What is everyones take about eliminating dairy, bread and fruit, its so minimal i dont think it will have a huge impact.

Fats look really low to almost nonexistent.

i supplement with omega 3-6-9 3 caps a day.

probally not enough/ how much fat persay? olive or flax oil on Salad?

The fat level is a little low. Also, for my clients I do eliminate dairy only during the final week. This is only due to the fact that many people have allergies to dairy that will cause them to hold just a little water. I just remove it as a precautionary measure. Most of the time people don't even know it. No need to remove fruit.
