I'm a little confused, when I did my research a few weeks ago a few of my online searches said that keto was the way to go when cutting. (I know this could start a huuuuge debate, but I'd hope we'd leave it alone for now and decide in the end based on experiences) I thought, hey, well this makes sense. And so I tried it, when I started I was about 114.8 lbs. I am 5'1", ~20% body fat. I felt very chubby, which I am in my lower portions, I would classify myself as 'skinny fat' on top and curvy towards the bottom. Prior to CKD my diet consisted of a pretty big breakfast, normally coffee + T sugar, slice of lean ham, 2 eggs, maybe a slice of wheat toast, and a 1/2 c of shredded potato. For lunch I would have a hot pocket, dinner would usually be some cottage cheese. I'm a CNA and I do cardio all day, from at least 2-10 pm 5 days a week. However, my body wasn't changing the way I wanted I thought it would. I was gaining weight, not only muscle but fat. I thought that maybe I looked chubbier because my muscles were growing so fast.

So, I've tried the CKD for a couple weeks now, my stomach, arms, and definitely look and feel slimmer. (There was no way to know the measurements prior, but now I have an accumeasure). My muscles feel stronger, and I don't feel that carb crash. However, I've gained a pound since then. What are your thoughts/opinions on this?

Since I am so new to this, I'm considering trying out the Turbo Fire program. I have no real knowledge in which work outs to do, how many reps, which weights, and I hate getting into things without knowing what I'm doing. Truth be told, this is important to me, I've been told how silly it is of me to lose weight already, but I don't want to give up. I don't want this to be my best. I just need a little direction, thanks.
