Hello y'all I'm motivated I just finished cycling 15 minutes I am going to buy a heart rate monitor watch. I had to monitor my pulse manually and it was at 130bpm during cycling. I want to get my heart rate to endurance level and even athletic level. I am 28 years old and on this graph I saw at my gym it has the age for the beats per minute located on the side of the treadmill. How can one achieve an endurance (150bpm) or athletic heart rate (180bpm) and I mean be able to maintain that on the court, swimming, cycling, for any extended period of time? Without hands resting on knees sidelined gasping for air for example? Thank you all for reading.
