I am looking for a program or website that will do the following:

* help me analyze the food I eat. I am not only interested in fat, carbs, and protein but also how much sodium, vitamin a, magnesium, etc
* help me make an eating plan for up to a month, eating 5-6 meals a day (I saw one program but it only allowed breakfast, lunch and dinner)
* have a place to make notes in the plan as I go along
* make charts and graphs to show composition of meals
* would be nice if I could also enter my weight once a week and have it follow the changes
* can make a shopping list for me based on the meals that I have planned.

Can someone make a recommendation? A software package for windows or even a website would be fine.

Fitday.com is what I use to track my Cals/Macros. You can even make custom foods for stuff like supplements, homemade recipes, etc.

Might be a bit less advanced than what you're looking for, but you should check it out. It's been a godsend for me.
