Typical Day (I mix up the veg and try to have bison once a week for some red meat)
Goal is to build/keep muscle and burn body fat
5:00am Shake - Vega, plain yogurt, mixed berries
9:30am Oats, Ground Flax, Almond Milk (unsweetened), Hemp Protein, 1/4 Bannana
12:30am Chicken Breast, Brocoli & Hummus with Cucumber
4:00pm Apple, Almond Butter
7:00pm White Fish, Brocoli, Sweet Potato
10:00pm (if hungry) Rice Cake w/ PB or Piece Fruit or Small Shake
