Dull pain in left testicle

Two days ago, I started to notice a dull pain in my left testicle about two hours after I masturbated (Second time that day). That was around 3 PM. The pain was semi-constant till I slept, which was about at 10. Yesterday, the dull feeling came back. This time though later during the day. Interestingly enough, the dull pain felt a little "higher" then the day before. All most like what ever is causing the pain is moving up. This could totally be in my head though, not 100% sure. Today, It just hit me about 1 hour ago. It's about 6:00 PM right now. The pain again, feels like it's a little higher then the day before. A little higher then the left testicle. It's hard to explain really. As for my testicles, they have no swelling, lumps, bumps, or w/e! I have no problem urinating, getting an erection, or ejaculating. There is no other pain in my penis, or the surrounding area. No pain, just that dull feeling above or at my left testicle. Sort of shocked, because I'm only 18 1/2 years old. I don't have the money to go to the doctors, but if it gets worse, I might have to. I'll give it three more days. If it goes away, and doesn't come back, I'm good. I'm really freaked out right now though. I can't find much information about this. Don't know what can be causing this.!

I mean other things like: spacious boxers, or good diet. This stuff is all in check. Just wondering if any of you have experienced any things similar to this?

I get the same exact pain off and on. I was told it could be caused by not strong enough ejaculations (if your girl sucks at giving a bj) and sperm getting stuck and dying in the tubes that are above your balls. I have also had the pain after taking a supplement called Max Anabol from Max Muscle. Its a dull ****ty pain right above my left nut but goes away most of the time.

This is good to hear, because the day that this started out, was the day I had a messed up ejaculation. The first one was messed up, and the second one was not that well. The only thing I'm supplementing with is 50mg of elemental zinc. I don't think that's causing it, but it is an aromatase inhibitor at high doses..

sounds like a problem i've had a few times in the past. i would take an anti inflammatory (ibuprofen) when it botherd me, and after about a week it went away. every once in a while it bothers me for a day or so, but after a while it goes away.

Both my Brother in law and very good friend complained of similiar issues, feeling like a hernia, dull ache no lumps nothing big

both had test. cancer and had a nut removed

i **** you not. My buddy had 27 lymph nodes removed of which 15 were a mess.

Going to doctor tomorrow...

I was self examining and I noticed I had a soft mushy lump like feeling on the lower back of my left testicle. It almost looks and feels like the lower part of my left testicle is detaching.. Looks semi-attached.. It sort of aches when you squeeze it or feel it..

Cause the straining causes the vas deferens to push on the lower wall which does not have much muscle. So I figure I'm borderline hernia but not completely there yet.

Got some good news and some bad ones.
The most common form of cancer in young men is testicular cancer. Fear of embarrassment sometimes cause delays in treatment with bad outcomes.

Good news is testicular cancer is very rear. Also pain usually is sign of no cancer (ironically pain is a good sign). It means the testical is alive and probably doesn´t have cancer.
Still....
You should go to a doctor immediately. You pain might come from a number of things that are urgent to treat.
One might be Testicular torsion. Meaning a testical has made a turn, and the thread supporting the testial with blood is twisted. (not good, testical could dies if not treated)
Another is Orchitis. Meaning you have a inflammation in either one or both of your testicals. Usually caused by a infection.
It can also be epididymitis, meaning a infection of the tube carrying semen.

Any swelling?
Blood in urin?semen?
check your fewer.

Adressed issue early go to doc tomorrow morning. (and it will be much cheaper then if you wait, you risk surgery instead now that´s expensive). Don´t feel embarrassed whatever you do. Doctors seen this 100 times before and he/she if anyone knows it can happen to everybody.

Tomorrow appointment at 3:30 PM.. Torsion is pretty instant though? No? Wouldn't have a three day build up? No swelling, no blood in urine or semen, and fewer? I think you mean fever? No.

Yes I menth fever. (my english sucks) You said you had similar pain earlier in your life so not very likely torsion. Take note that the things i mentionened above are some of the are issues that need to be adressed immediately. There are a number of other things this could be that don´t require any treatment, but a doctor should definitely take a look at you. To rule out any future "jewel removal" options.

Okay thanks. I'm hoping it's just epididymitis. Pain is getting a little more intense though.

Feel your testical is it warm? One bigger then the other? Tenderness?

Testicles are pretty warm, not going to lie. They are almost identical in size though. Tender? No, they are hanging loosely right now. Probably cause they are warm. No fever, I feel good, but I had a lot of spicy food today, so stomach is a little upset.
