Ello, I'm starting the P90X program on saturday, I am a very fat 293 pounds (no need to tell me)
honestly I would rather be called fat than "morbidly obese" lol.
I'm 5ft 11, last time I checked.
I am also doing a thing called celebrity slim, I've been on it before and lost about 27 pounds, yes I have been bigger than 293 pounds :/
I would like to look good, feel great.
I would like some tip/advice/pictures anything to help me and give me inspiration.
I want to lose about 100 pounds by may? or at least june.
I know a fat boy wanting to be thin SHOCKER! but I hate being this size so please help! ^^
thanks

Firstly you've posted in the female section, which isn't a problem as there's a lot of ladies here who have a lot of solid experience and knowledge minus the bro science, I just wanted you to be aware.
Your goals are completley unrealistic if you intend to lose the excess fat in a healthy fashion. You can definatley shed 100 lbs but 6 months is too short of a time frame if you want to have any lean muscle mass left. Fat loss IS ALL ABOUT DIET, so what ever this celebrity slim is I'd bin it and start over with a proper eating plan. Read through the stickies in the nutrition section (both in the main forum and here) and calculate your daily calorie needs.
I know you must be really fired up to get started but only deduct 20% from your maintenance calories. Slow and steady is where you want to be, you'll not only protect your muscle mass but will most likely keep the weight off in the long term. You want to aim for a steady weight loss of 2lb per week, yes I know I can hear you groaning already lol :) but Rome wasn't built in a day. With the correct calorie intake for your goals and correct macro intake that weight loss will be pure fat with minimal muscle loss. More muscle = a faster metabolism, a faster metabolism = more fat loss.
You can Defiantly do this with the right set of tools. Read, read then read some more, ask lots of questions, eat to your goals and train hard. Remember to get enough rest and recovery and you'll be golden. Good luck :)

You need to change your life, not do some crash diet. Get your nutrition right and you can lose 2-4lbs a week for a while, but then for the healthiest loss, dropping down to 1-2lbs per week.
Remember, it took you a lot longer than 6 months to gain the weight, why rush the loss?
Even at 2lbs per week, that's 104lbs per year. If I were you, I'd set a goal of 175 for this time next year. Start eating right (correct calories/macros) today and just do it. 1 year really isn't that long, and when you look back on it, you'll have spent an entire year living and eating healthier, and it'll be much easier to maintain.
Crash diets don't teach you anything about how you should live long term, and don't really solve any problems. You're burning muscle as well as fat, and the muscle is what is going to help keep you from regaining the fat when you're done.
