Hey all,

Just wondering if anyone can help, i am wanting to get fit, dont have much motivation.
But want help as to whats the best thing to start doing? Exercise wise?

Does anyone have an eating/diet plan also? Im not really eating consistently enough, i eat the 3 meals a day and thats pretty much it.

Im 23 years of age.

Any questions/feedback to get the ball rolling would be great.
