Hi ladies
Im trying to gain muscle and generally get stronger which im struggling with.
A little about me might help with some good adive. I im recoving from anorexia where i dropped to 97lbs and im 5" 7. Im currently 128lbs and think i need to be around 150lbs (this is when my periods stopped) and train 5-6 days a week. I target a different muscle group when i train, eg back, shoulders etc on alternate days and i do cardio 5-6 days per week from 30mins to 2 hours (i do this for my sport, triathlon). My problem is that i seem to have got to a stage where im not looking as toned, just filling out. My diet is pretty clean, i dont eat meat but eat fruit and veg like its going out of fashion. I have a whey protien shake after my weight sessions. I usually do 3 sets of 8-12 reps of the weights.
Any advice would be great
