Hello,
just a bit about myself first.
I'm 17 , 180 Cm tall, and I weigh 82 Kg.(around 180 pounds that is)
And I really want to cut fat and get more "ripped" you may say;)
Now I don't have too much time, but I can jump rope everyday, now I was wondering what would be the best time of the day to do it, and how long for fat loss? I will be lifting 2 times a week as well, but I was planning on jumping rope each day.

Hah ok sorry, I figured its bout double the amount of KG's.

2.2 pounds in a kg. Also, any kind of cardio work I'd imagine would be better served in the morning where the metabolism gain would be greater due to your body being fueled throughout the day.
