Just wondering how many pounds of fat do you have to lose after bulking? Still on my first bulk so, im still a noob at this. lol Since Oct. I have gained about 10 pounds. Half being muscle and half being fat give or take... So, ladies how much fat do you dread after your bulking cycle has ended?

So far it's looking like I'll need to lose 4-5 lbs of fat. I've gained 9 lbs since September.

oh ok kinda sounds like me a little bit. Yes im starting to feel it now. But, im just holding my head high and dealing w/ it until my cut.. which i cant wait for lol... Building muscle is kinda like wrapping a present a million times, then you get to unwrap it and see what ya made inside lol

It all depends on the ratio of fat to muscle.
I prefer bulking with just a little bit of fat gain, since I hate to diet and restrict calories - that takes my time away from building.
I started my bulk in September, and I gained a total of 5-6 pounds since then.
Also, when I do my cut, I don't go by the scale, I'm cutting until I am more or less satisfied with what I see in the mirror in terms of definition.

Yeah I have been noticing about a 1lb muscle gain a month. From my track record I have put on a ratio of 1:1. I was thinking about tweaking my calories a bit, so im putting on 1 pound of muscle and 1/2 pound of fat. Im still learning but hopefully, im doing alright. I try not to weigh in myself, cause i know i'll just go crazy lol....

But i am noticing that i look alot fuller in the face and every where else as well, almost like someone pumped my entire body w/ fuild. I hope it gets better.

Yeah, this is what I plan on as well. Hopefully I won't have a full 5 lbs to lose before I'm satisfied!

In the past I've gotten myself stuck on a certain number and it just drove me kind of crazy.

Gained about 12/ 8 lbs of fat??? Just a guess. You never really know. 6 month bulk. No worries. 3 months to take it off. Doable for sure. I totally could have done better. Next time. Bulk/cut/maintain/bulk/cut/maintain.
