Stuff like intervals of Burpees or sprints work really well.

You could also look into the Tabada Protocol.

barbell complexes, round time intervals, lots of sparring practice to help you relax.

I like doing track work, set a barbell with a manageable weight for lunges on 1 side two 30 lbs dumbells on the other side, then jog two laps to warm up. Then as you get to the barbell pick it up, do ten lunges(5 each leg) put it down and jog to the dumbells. Pick them up and do jumping squats 10 times. then repeat that two more times. Then finish with a two lap cool down.

I've been working on a rotation pattern this week with 3 other heavyweights. They each get 2 minutes to work me in the cage and I just have to defend against punches and takedowns. They're always fresh and by the 2nd rotation, I'm tired as FUUUUU!!!!

Then once I collapse, I will lay there for about a minute, get up and hit the mitts for 3 minutes.

This is after drilling technique for about an hour.
