theres a good chance i might get gyno, acne, balding even with proper PCT. plus theres the possibility i might lose a lot of my libido coming off the cycle. who knows what kind of permanent, long term damage i did to my system? plus the thought i having to lie to people every time they ask if im on steroids would annoy me.

anyone know why im craving soft drinks so much? my work requires me to walk a lot, its a pretty physical job and i am pretty stressed out. since i started working ive been drinking soft drinks like crazy.

im gonna stay off milk for a while and try to eat more fruits and vegetables. the milk is obviously giving me more pimples and im feeling lethargic and just down right unhealthy most of the time. had a banana and orange juice for breakfast this morning and felt a million times better than my usual protein shake or cereal.

Craving for soft drinks...soft drinks contain 3 things that make us get used to them. The first, of course, is sugar, unless you are drinking the sugar free kind. Sometimes, though, it is possible to get "addicted" to the sugar substitute. The second chemical in a soft drink is caffeine. Some soft drinks have it and some don't. The third thing in soft drinks, one that most people don't realize, is that many soft drinks have quite a bit of salt in them. To find out which one you are craving, find a sugar free soft drink with no caffeine and see if this satisfies you. If it does, it is likely that you need the salt. If you find that it is caffeine, you can always try something like green tea. It doesn't have as much caffeine as soft drinks but it still has a bit of a jolt - plus it has additional benefits for drinking it.

Thanks, I thinks it's the caffeine I'm craving because I'm not really craving the sweets. Will try green tea tomorrow and see if it helps.

stopped drinking milk the past couple of days and my pimples cleared up over night night. it really is a shame, i love milk but i cant drink it without breaking out with pimples and feeling generally like shyt.

so far so good! im not near my personal records yet but its good see my lifts steadily climbing up. i weighed myself as 68 kg's this morning. 1 kilo gain in almost 2 weeks which is going according to plan.

standing military press: 30 x 10
babrbell rows: 50 x 14
yeah buddy! trained whole body 2 days in a row and got much stronger on second day. high frequency ftw. ill be training very frequently from here on end, once that stalls ill back off a bit for another couple of weeks then do it again. this has worked extremely well for me in the past but this time ill be much much more consistent.

Bench press: 62 1/2 x 9
barbell rows: 55 x 12
look at the strength gains im getting training the same exercises on consecutive days. 3 days days ago i could barely bench press 62 1/2 for 2 reps, now im doing 9 reps. feeling zero tendinitis pain in my shoulder which is a real plus. last time i did this sort of training, tendinitis got in the way. i think changing the rep range a lot is the key here and backing off slightly if pain does occur. im starting to get real close to my personal records on my bench and rows so this should be a fun next couple of weeks.
