I've decided I want to go for the ripped look now and want to shred the extra pounds.
Any idea's or links to posts I can use to help construct a diet which would be good for fat loss. Any meal idea's because I'm used to just having chicken with potatoes etc but what to use to replace the carbs?
I'm currently 5.9 and 80kg
Training programme as of when I sort my diet will be
monday - chest
tuesday - 30 mins treadmill
wednesday - back
thursday - 30 min treadmill
friday - tricep and bicep
saturday - shoulders, legs
rinse and repeat.
