I am 5'4 and weigh about 151 lbs. although most of that is muscle. I just started working out again but the last time I worked out regularly was 2 years ago at the time I gained about 15 lbs in muscle but I only lost about 3% body fat. I am about 24% body fat and would like to eventually be at 15%body fat. I gain muscle easily so I don't need any tips on maintaining that as I lose fat... will some one give me some advice on how to lose fat.
