K so first off I am aware that a stationary bike is not the "greatest" form of cardio, buttt its convenient for me location wise andd I crank it to keep the heart rate up.... I normally go an hour at a time do between 15-17 miles at a medium resistance... I keep my heart rate between 150-170. I am 21 which is why I need the higher heart rate.
Now the question is..
I am thinking about pushing it harder to maybe 1 hr and 30 minutes possibly 2 hours.. would it be better to just do it in the morning which is when I am going to be doing my hour tomorro. OR an hour in the morning and another hour after my lift tomorrow afternoon?
