Im only 17 and used to workout an unhealthy amount for boxing. I stopped and am no longer in shape and im having a hard time getting back into it. What is a good meal plan for cutting fat/ high protien intake? i intend to loose a bit of weight then start working out regularily with some minor supplements, but right now im taking Concerta so im keeping all supplements away. hope you can help!
