so I've been battling major fatigue for about 7-8 months now i just recently took 3 months of the gym to see if maybe that had anything to do with it well i was still fatigue i was wondering could it be because i rarely eat fruits and veggies ? even when i was working out hard 6 days a week the only meal i would have veggies with is my post workout meal just trying to come down to the bottom of this . i went to the doctor and had my blood drawn never hear back from the office what i was told is no news is good news.. so should i eat more fruit and veggies throughout the day or this wouldn't help much ?

No. Call your physician's office and ask for the test results.
Next, it's impossible to know what's causing your symptoms from the brief history you provided.

Will eating fruits and veggies help with fatigue? There's a chance, yes. Should you eat them regardless for 1000 other reasons? YES.

Why would you work out 6 days per week and not eat fruits and veggies???
p.s.
Make sure your calories, fat and protein are high enough (list your macros), sleep more, and get that test back from yo doktor :)
