Background Information: Starting lifting weights seriously when I was 18 years old to get a little bit bigger and stronger for college lacrosse. I think found more of a passion in working out then I did in playing lacrosse. After my freshman year, I gave up lacrosse and starting to concentrate specifically on bodybuilding. I have now been bodybuilding for the past 4 years and seen great results.

Contest History: 1st Place Novice Heavyweight / 1st Place Novice Overall at the INBF Mr. Supernatural; 2nd Place Junior Mens Division and 2nd Place Lightheavyweight (losing to Masters Pro Eugene Ring) at the INBF Natural USA's; Best Poser at NGA Can-Am

Misc: Sponsored by Genr8 Supplements (maker of Vitargo) and affiliated with Cellucor Supplements; featured in Exercise for Men July 2010 Edition

Future: Want to maybe do a few more Natural Shows and then do some smaller NPC shows and qualify for a national show in a few years. I will start updating my workouts frequently, discuss my workouts, and throw some videos on here to keep everyone posted. Any feedback is helpful.
