Yep, you don't get to pick where you lose it from first. I lose it in my face first and get really nice cheek bones :)

Again, you do not get to select where you lose and gain weight. Typically (but not for everyone) females have a hard time losing fat around their midsection and their thighs. You may or may not be different.
I think with a healthy diet you will not look sickly. Here is a link to the section on figuring out your diet. It takes more than protein to build muscle.

As far as your boobs and arse go, you probably do not look good because you have no muscle in these areas.
Get your butt in shape by doing deadlifts, squats, lunges, split squats. Do pushups, bench press, incline chest press, decline chest press to build up your chest. You must create a good foundation first.

I've lost weight in my face over the years. I've never carried much fat in my face, but doing figure competitions seems to have whittled off the little fat I did have. My face, always angular, is now even more so. I wish I could retain it there, but there's nothing I can do about it. Oh well. I guess I'd rather have a lean face and a lean body, than a fuller, more youthful looking face and a fat body.

Something else odd, my fingers get thinner. My rings don't fit right and I usually end up going to get them resized.
