How do the rest of you do this? I'm butting up against a nasty plateau in flat benchpress and want to add weight in 1 or 2 lb increments as I work to bust it. I've never seen 1 lb Olympic plates (the 2" hole cutout probably weighs that much) and am not sure what to use. I've heard of platemates but nothing else.
