I was doing my top set while working up on deadlift and my body just turned off. After being sick recently, I've lost some weight and strength and I was a little aggressive with how much weight I was attempting to lift. I was supposed to do 3 reps, which wouldn't have happened, but during the second rep I felt a very odd sensation. It felt like someone lightly smacked me with a folding chair on the back and the sensation ran all the way down my posterior chain, growing all the way, and stopped on the outside of my shins. It didn't hurt but it felt like someone was running a light electrical current through my body. My first thought was that I had broken both of my lower legs, but I got up and I was fine except for tightness in my lower back which is pretty normal for me after heavy deads. I did some leg extensions and left. Anyone?
