Go lower!! Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think your feet are suppose to point at a v-shape instead of forward parallel.

From this angle your form looks good yet you are an inch or so from 90º. I would suggest you focus on a good deep (90º bend or Quad parallel to the floor) squat as you are developing your form. It is worth the effort now.

Overall not bad but you gotta go lower. Also it seems that at the bottom of each rep, your heels seem to rise just ever so slightly.

Those are partials. You need some depth.

Why are your toes almost straight ahead?

Don't look up.

It also looks like maybe you are shifting weight forward to the balls of your feet rather than driving through your heels.

I agree, pointing your toes out a few degrees will actually give you a stable base.

Are you doing low bar or high bar?

Where your feet point really doesn't matter, as long as your knees stay in line with your toes. That being said, go with whatever is more comfortable, which usually is pointed out 30 degrees or so. It is more natural. If you find comfort with straight ahead, then stick with it.

Stance width dictates how much toe angle is needed, narrow stance can have straighter toes, wider stance needs more toe outwards, your stance looks like toes should be more outwards pointing, it's to accomodate the femur/pelvis relationship . Hi or lo bar, it's the same rule. http://journal.crossfit.com/2008/11/you-dont-know-squat-without-an-active-hip.tpl
