Hey everyone, I'm fairly new here but I've been using this site for tips and advice for a while. I'm 22, 5'6" and currently weigh 150. In the past few weeks, I've lost 6 lbs just by an extreme cut in calories per day. I've always loved running but don't have much time to go to the gym, but im getting better at MAKING time. My question is, I don't care much how much I weigh, but i'd like to change my composition. ie: I'd like to tone up, get rid of my dreaded "pooch" and just feel better about the way I look, not necessarily what the scale says. Any advice on a good workout routine? Any advice is very welcome :)

Note: I've been told by a lot of people that I don't look like I weigh 150 at all. I've always been athletic growing up, played sports and ran track so my legs are pretty muscular and toned. When I tell people how much I weigh they are surprised, but im just not happy with the way my body looks.
