I am on my third week of dieting and have lost less than 1 lbs. The diet is higher in protein and fat and lower in carbs. Does anyone on here notice if they do better on high fat or high carbs? I am thinking I might need to switch up my diet?! Any advice?

It goes back to the total calories. Go through your calories and make sure you're tracking everything properly.
