I am a 170lbs, I am 5ft3in tall. I am looking to lose 45lbs and gain muscle/strength. I am looking for help with figuring out a good routine/program to help me achieve my goals. I have been workout out for over 2 weeks with no weight loss, but slight changes in my strength. I was sent here by a amazing lady because you all know what your doing. talking about, and can give awesome advice.

Keep exercising and worry less about what the scale says. If your diet is on track as well, you'll soon notice that your clothes won't fit right anymore. That's the sign you are headed in the right direction.
Don't give up! I started last october and haven't seen much change on the scale, but definitely see changes I my body. For me, it has helped tremendously to keep a food journal. I always thought I ate healthy until I actually started keeping track.
Instead of weighing yourself, try tracking your measurements.
