Hey folks. I'm a firefighter and have a (basic) idea from right and wrong as far as diets and working out goes, but still need help. I've let myself go these past few years like we all do when we get into a relationship. I'm getting married April 1st this year and I'm currently at 225lbs. I'm 5'11. I'd like to be down to 200 even for the wedding. I have 75 days. I know this is possible if I REALLY want it. And I do. I just dont have the know-how. I'm down to 225 from 236 in about two months, but I feel like its slowing down. Any help would be great. Winter in Chicago sucks, so I've been doing my cardio at home. Havnt been lifting much, and my diet can use adjusting too. Any words of advice?
