hello!
I am hoping that some of you knowledgeable females out there could help me figure out a way to get the body I need for a campaign I am trying to land. I am looking to put on muscle and lean myself out but I am confused on the nutritional aspects (if i need to cut water ect. ect and when the timing is for basically the training and nutrition) and what to eat close to shoots. I also am having difficulty adding muscle and having them come through. I have been following bodybuilding techniques.. I am just hoping for a little guidance on great diets/cutting and especially prep for shoots as well as some exercises (reps/sets) to greatly increase arm/shoulder/back size.
any advice would be wonderful
