okie soo I just started the Keto yesterday and will be doing some OL and I'm a member at a local crossfit gym and i also am training bjj and mma .... i know it's going to whoop me into shape nicely but I've never had the V-cut and I have tried the different exercises I have read to try and it hasn't ever worked for me so for all of you who have it, what exercises did you do to obtain it or what do you recommend?

pic of V cut for those who don't know what I'm talking about

I'm confused. The link I clicked on had a pic of some pretty nice fake titties with a nothing-so-spectacular-worth-mentioning torso. I'm pretty sure you know how to get the fake titties. You want tips on how to get that gut????

I think it's mostly genetics cuz I am(guessing) that I'm about 22% BF right now and quite bloated(wuz assaulted by pizza and a LARGE amount of chocolate yesterday) and I still have this...

I actually don't like it because IMO it adds thickness to my already thick waist...especially here..

under tight shirts and low rise jeans I think it looks mistakenly like a fat bulge :(

I agree it is genetic and hard to get if your bod is not prone to it. Build up some obliques and cut some body fat, that may help if you are not genetically geared to this. I think I may get it in once I lean out abit but not as pronounced a brandibopeep, who looks great by the way :)

Personally I like the look and it makes you look more athletic, not chubby or fat rollish at all. I love the one that Pink sports when shes lean enough.
