ok fellas im making this thread because i want to start becoming accountable for my own actions...pretty much im lazy as balls when it comes athletic training...i only work really hard when im around a team and such..nothing ever on my own
im 21 now and im not playing a sport for anyone so any school offers and all that hooplah are pretty much out of the line for me...but honestly i want to just see what i was really capable of..and being strong and fast never really hurts lol
anyways my stats

squat-350x3 (form kinda sucked though)
for this whole reborn act (ha) im going to be doing these workouts
5/3/1 principles with westside mixed in
speed work (which i hate with a passion and prob the only reason im not as good as i should be)
vertical jump bible
bodyweight work with a sandbag
insanity (yeah yeah yeah its cool lol)
bball with buddies in between
upper body plyos with medicine ball
so...all i can say now is lets get it!!!!
