hey well first let me tell u a lil abt myself. Im 6ft 3 tall n weigh at 250lbs i carry most of that extra weight in my legs n midsection. i have tried on n off over the yrs. my goal ia to reduce my gut n look lean. now heres my problem im not sure how i should go about it. should i do fullbody workouts 3 times a week or splits 3 times and also i will b running for about 2 miles max. i was hoping sumbody could help me out

If you are just starting out with the lifting, I would say go with the 3x/wk full body work out. Great for burning the calls and gets the natural hormones pumping. Lift day 1, run day 2, lift day 3, run day 4 etc. Sounds like a good plan.
Also, do some research on the stickies, there is some great info for calculating Caloric needs and macro needs. Once you get that figured out, start tracking that **** daily.
